Logo icon and culinary ilustrations for Brasserie CARL at Kurhotel Skodsborg, a luxurious spa hotel located north of Copenhagen on the shore of Øresund.

The logo icon is made as a one-line portrait of Carl Ottosen (1864-1942) who was a Danish doctor, lecturer, editor and health pioneer as well as founder of Skodsborg Badesanatorium and Frydenstrand Badesanatorium.
